

1) In the event of damage or shortage of product in
transit, file all claims within 48 hours of receipt. The shipper is
not responsible for damage or shortage which occurs in transit. The
product cannot be returned. All orders are shipped from Weston, FL.
Customer bears the risk of damage and loss once shipper sends out the
product.
2) In the event of incorrect address information, Chef Hearty reserves
the right to assess a $10 charge for re-delivery plus any additional
shipping charges. Please supply us with any change of address information
as soon as possible before an order is to be shipped.
3) More time may be needed to process, pack and ship orders during the
holidays.
